DiscoBallDad has a hilarious post regarding dieting, food obsessing, and South Park.
I have to give him kudos. His view of the world has remained relatively sane during his dieting adventure. I should have been so lucky.
Four years ago, I completely changed my diet and dropped sixty pounds. However, I also shed my sanity during this time period. This video was me - everyday - for the first year.
Even though, for the past two years I’ve been focused on simply maintaining my weight, I can still, from time to time, slip into this mode and feel the urge to jerk the wheel each and every time I drive by a Taco Bell.
